Approach
David A. Habeeb, P.C. is a client focused law firm. Whether you are buying, selling or refinancing for the first time or you’ve done this before, having an approachable and reachable attorney is important. The real estate market is not a 9-5 industry and your real estate attorney shouldn’t be either.
My Story
I am a former prosecutor and experienced trial attorney with a background in real estate sales currently practicing as a real estate attorney. I represent buyers, sellers & lenders, exclusively focusing on residential real estate transactions. Appreciating the significance of the investments my clients make, I emphasize reliability and responsiveness in my representation.
I was born in Boston and raised in Hingham, MA. I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2008 where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was a captain and president of the Men’s Lacrosse Club. After graduation, I took some time to travel before coming back to Massachusetts to get my real estate license and go to law school. I earned a J.D. from New England Law|Boston in 2012 and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2012. While in law school I worked as a real estate agent and was an editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.
In January of 2013 I joined a small real estate law firm in the south shore, practicing as a closing attorney before accepting a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County. I spent nearly 4 years as a prosecutor where I tried well over 100 criminal cases, over 60 of them being jury trials, and gained invaluable litigation experience. I left the District Attorney’s office in July 2017, a few months before my first daughter was born, to once again focus on real estate.
Having diversified my legal experience, I opened my own practice, David A. Habeeb, P.C., in December of 2018.
